You overwhelm your target's senses as you rewire them in unexpected ways, causing them to process noises as bursts of color, smells as sounds, and so on.
The target must make a Intelligence saving throw, potentially receiving the following three effects, and even potentially being
Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target is affected until the end of its next turn.
Failure. The target is affected for 1 minute.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, and the target is Stunned until the end of its next turn.
Once per turn, a creature can use its action, or its movement and bonus action to attempt an Intelligence check against your spell save DC. On a successful check, this spell ends on that creature.
At Higher Levels: You can target one extra creature for each spell level increase. These extra creatures must be within 6m of the original target.
This works against many humanoids... unless you happen to be Kabuto from Naruto.
